Arrival and departure

1 Can I reserve a parking space?

We have a limited number of spaces in our own parking lot in the hotel courtyard, the fee is 0 CZK/day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a place here. Parking is also available on the square and in the adjacent streets. Free parking around the hotel is limited on weekdays and Saturday mornings, but is usually available after 17:00 (until 07:00 the next day).

2 Check-in (check-out) time at the hotel?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 11: 00.

3 Is it possible to book a later check out? Is it possible to book an early check in?

Yes, late departure and early arrival is only possible by prior arrangement. There may be a charge, the price per hour is set according to the type of room.

Catering

1 Are you able to arrange flowers, a birthday cake or a gluten-free breakfast for us?

Please contact the hotel reception if you have any requests, we will be sure to accommodate you if we can.

2 Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, a continental breakfast buffet, both hot and cold, is included.

3 Is it possible to order food in the restaurant during the day?

A small self-service bar is available throughout the day to satisfy all lovers of coffee, tea, wine, beer, as well as alcoholic and soft drinks. You can take all this yourself at any time and after entering it in the hotel consumption card, the items will be added to your hotel bill. The restaurant area is generous and only accessible to hotel guests.

A classic restaurant with a menu and service is not available.

There are several restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.

Internet connection

1 Is there a charge for the internet?

Internet is provided free of charge to all hotel guests.

2 What kind of internet is available in the hotel?

High-speed wifi is available in all areas of the hotel, including the hotel rooms.

Payment

1 Can I get an invoice “per company”?

Yes, we issue the invoice on the morning of departure and any payer setting is of course possible. We are VAT payers.

2 Can I pay on the spot with cash or credit card?

Reservation with payment on the spot is possible only by prior arrangement and usually only for regular guests.

3 Is it possible to cancel paid accommodation?

Yes, depending on the timing of the cancellation request relative to arrival – it is possible in some cases to refund part or all of the payment. We deal with each such case individually, do not hesitate to contact us in time.

The hotel offers the possibility of extra beds in two double rooms with extra beds (No. 2 and No. 5). An extra bed for a third person is charged, the exact price can be seen when booking a specific room.

5 Is it possible to book a smoking room?

Unfortunately no, all hotel rooms are non-smoking. Room no. 4 has a private balcony (second entrance).

6 Is it possible to come with a pet?

Yes, pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
